Spanish banks provide mortgage up to 70% of the value of buying property. The process of lending is much easier and faster than in England.
Payment period is from 5 to 25 years with the limit of age of 75 years. This means that the mortgage must be paid in full before the age of 75.

Necessary documents to obtain mortgage:

  • Photocopy of passport
  • A certificate of earnings
  • bank statments
  • P60 from the Tax Office generated income for the previous year and the current
  • Valuation of property
  • All submitted documents must be translated into Spanish.

    At the request of the customer before submitting the documents we prepare an initial simulation and calculation of mortgage of different banks.
